For the first time, employers and employees can enjoy full support from the government in their goals to create environmentally friendly workplaces, products or services.

Employers are encouraged by new govermental incentives to create new opportunities and an estimated 30,000 jobs are anticipated to be created as a result of this "Green Initiative".

The Hybrid Future event is being held to have a two-fold benefit for both green focused employers and potential employees. The event will have national as well as local companies interacting with the general public and employment seekers from around the region.

For the Employers - A chance to showcase their achievements, encourage brand awareness and loyalty as well as discover like-minded employees willing to share in their efforts. Employers may be eager to show their contributions in cutting greenhouse gases by work environment, production or by a product or service that improves their carbon emissions profile.

For Potential Employees - The opportunity to find out which corporations are making green efforts and how prospective employees can also present themselves to corporations they would like to work for and share the vision of a greener future.
